Problem logging in - Guild Wars Forums

It's been around 2-3 months since I've last logged into GW, and I tried logging in during the Halloween festivities, but when I tried to, it said my password wasn't correct. I tried resetting my password, but it never sent me an email to change it. Did it about 3-4 times. Should I try calling CS? Do they even have CS I could call? Or an Email Addy so I can try and reset it?

I don't type my password in, I have it automatically entered via the -passsword option on my GW client shortcut and I also have it remember my acc name. Is there any way a keylog may have gotten ahold of it?

Edit: tried resetting my PW again just for the hell of it, and the page it sends me to is f'ed up somehow. Just shows a page full of chinese symbols and whatnot.

It sounds like you might have been hacked. I'd suggest contacting guild wars support.

Seems you were hacked like all the rest have been these days. Contact support, give them your original or really any keys used on your account and hopefully they can help at least get your account back and running. If anything was stolen or deleted (like characters) they cannot be reimbursed.
